To review the status of your account, simply enter the 10 digit phone number (area code + phone number) of the line you monitor using ICM.
If you would like to review account information, you must provide your Internet Call Manager password which you set in your ICM software.
For customers in New Brunswick, you can make changes to your ICM account by going to NBTel Express.
If you've forgotten your password you can go directly to your Account page using the Account button on your ICM software while you're logged onto the Internet, or contact contact us directly at
