When you install the ICM software for the first time, you are asked to provide a password. This password allows you, and only you, to connect to our ICM server with your phone number.
If you have forgotten your password, or wish to change it, you may do so in your ICM software.
To change your ICM password
Click the ICM Main Window's Setup Button.
The ICM Setup window opens with the General submenu visible.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on Password.
This is where you will be able to change your ICM password
Note: You can only change your ICM password when the Status Indicator on your ICM software is green or yellow. Otherwise, visit the Forgot Password link on our Web site to be sent a temporary password that will allow you to connect and change your Status Indicator to green. You can then change your password.
Type a new password, in the Password field and again in the Confirm Password field.
Note: The password you choose must be between five and eleven alphanumeric characters; that is, letters and numbers, but no punctuation marks or symbols. Also, remember that passwords are case sensitive. A capital letter is considered a different character than its lower case counterpart.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made.
