You can delete call records in a number of ways, one of them using the Delete button on the ICM Main Window. For information on this refer to Clearing Individual Call Records from the Display Screen.
Another way to delete call records is to use the Caller Log. You can delete records in different ways: delete a single call record, delete a multiple number of call records, or delete a consecutive group of call records.
To open the ICM Caller Log window:
Click on the ICM Caller Log button:
The ICM Caller Log window opens:
To delete an individual record from the Caller Log:
Click on the record you want to delete.
The record is highlighted and the Delete button becomes enabled.
Click the Delete Button.
The highlighted record is deleted.

Holding the CTRL key down, click on each individual record you want to delete.
They will each, in turn, become highlighted indicating they are selected for deletion.
Click the Delete Button.

To delete a consecutive group of records:
Click on the first record you want to delete, then while holding the SHIFT key down, click on the last record in a consecutive group of records you want to delete.
All records in that group are highlighted indicating they are selected for deletion.
Click the Delete Button.
These highlighted call records are deleted.
