Clearing the Entire Log

There are three ways to clear the entire contents of the Caller Log:  from the ICM Main Window, from the System Tray icon, and from the Caller Log itself.

1.  To clear all call records from the ICM Main Window:

Right-click anywhere on the Display Screen of the ICM Main Window.

A pop-up menu opens:

 

Choose Clear Caller Log:

You will be asked to confirm this request:

Click Yes.

All records are cleared from the Caller Log.

2.  To clear all call records from the System Tray icon:

Right click on the System Tray icon:

A pop-up menu opens:

Choose Clear Caller Log:

You will be prompted to confirm this request:

Click Yes.

To clear all call records from the Caller Log:

Click the Caller Log button on the ICM Main Window:

The Caller Log opens:

Select all the records in the Caller Log

The Delete button becomes enabled.

Click Delete.

All records are cleared from the Caller Log.

Be sure of your delete request as you are not asked to confirm prior to the Call Record being deleted.
