If you want to keep a permanent record of the current Caller Log, you can export the log contents to Notepad, a word processing program delivered with Windows. Once in Notepad, these records can then be saved to another word processing format.
To export the Caller Log to a Notepad document:
If necessary open the Caller Log by clicking the Caller Log button or by right-clicking on the Display Screen of the ICM Main Window and choosing Open Caller Log from the pop-up menu.
The Caller Log window opens:
Click the Export Button.
Notepad opens with a document that contains the data from the current Caller Log which can then be saved or edited within Notepad.
