You can use the All Callers AutoAction to handle all of your calls with the AutoAction of your choice. When this option is checked, all of your calls will be handled the way you specify.
To set up an All Callers AutoAction:
Click the ICM Main Window's Setup Button
The ICM Setup window opens with the General submenu visible.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking the plus sign (+) beside the AutoActions menu item, then click on All Callers.
Choose your call handing option.
Note: For the Play Msg and the Transfer options, you can select from the pull-down menu. You can see these options by clicking on the arrow.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made
