There are two ways in which you may uninstall ICM:
1) To uninstall ICM from your Start Menu:
Go to your Windows Start button.
Select Programs.
Select the Internet Call Manager folder.
Select Uninstall Internet Call Manager.
Of the uninstall options, Automatic is the default, click the Next button.
Click the Finish button.
ICM is now uninstalled.
2) To uninstall ICM from your Control Panel:
Go to your Windows Start button.
Select Settings.
Select Control Panel.
The Control Panel window opens.
Select Add/Remove Programs.
The Add/Remove Programs window opens.
Scroll down and select Internet Call Manager.
The details on this program are displayed.
Click Change/Remove.
The Select Uninstall Method window will open with the Automatic radio button enabled.
Click Next.
The Perform Uninstall window opens.
Click Finish.
The uninstall process is displayed and when complete this program is removed from the list on the Add/Remove Programs window.
Close the Add/Remove Programs window.
