The ICM Main Window's All Callers AutoAction option can be used to temporarily disable Incoming Call Pop-ups. This button is located on the lower left-hand corner of the ICM Main Window. It changes depending on what you set as your All Callers AutoAction. For details, refer to Setting an All Callers AutoAction.
When enabled, this feature remains in effect until you disable it or until the next time you start ICM.
To enable or disable the All Callers AutoAction feature:
Click in the All Callers, AutoActions checkbox.
When this feature is enabled, the All Callers AutoAction checkbox is green and a checkmark is visible as above.
To disable it, click the checkbox until the checkmark is grayed out.
