When a call is detected by ICM, an Incoming Call Pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller. The Incoming Call Pop-up's Answer button will disconnect you from the Internet and redirect the call back to your phone line so you can answer it.
To answer incoming calls:
Click the Answer Button on the Incoming Call Pop-up:
The caller hears a default message that tells them that you have been notified of their call, and that you wish to answer it.
Note: You can customize the greeting played when you choose this option. For details, refer to Customizing Your Greetings.
At the same time, ICM disconnects you from the Internet and redirects the call back to your phone line. Depending on how you set up Internet Call Manager, you may be prompted to confirm that you want to disconnect prior to the disconnect taking place. For details, refer to Confirm Disconnect on Answer.
Seconds later your phone will ring with the incoming call.
Answer the call.
Note: The Answer option is available with ICM Plus only.
