When a call is received by ICM, a pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller. This pop-up is called the Incoming Call Pop-up. The Incoming Call Pop-up's Voice Mail button directs the caller to Call Answer, if you subscribe to this service.
Note: If you do not subscribe to Call Answer, the Voice Mail button will not appear on the Incoming Call Pop-up.
To send users to voice mail
With the Incoming Call Pop-up displayed, click the Voice Mail button.
This plays the caller a default greeting telling them that you are not available and to leave a voice message.
Note: This is also what will happen to the call if you make no selection when prompted by the Incoming Call Pop-up.
