Have you forgotten your password?
Your ICM password is the password that you chose upon originally installing the Internet Call Manager software. It is required to either access your Account Page through our web site or to re-install our software if the file happens to get deleted.
If you have forgotten this password, we can help. For the security of our customers, we are unable to provide you with your original password. However, we can issue a temporary one that will make ICM operational. To have a temporary password issued because you are receiving "Invalid Password" messages or you are trying to re-install ICM, enter your phone number (including area code) and click "Continue" below.
If you remember your password, but want it changed, simply click the "Setup" button on your ICM software and go to the Password section. From here, you can submit a new password.
